The Facilitator

~ As a teacher, mentor and consultant, I always aim to make myself redundant. That’s how The Facilitator came to life.

There are many tools to help optimise chances of success for startups and projects in larger businesses alike. We’ve seen the success of the ‘Lean Startup’, ‘Design Thinking’, ‘Agile processes’ and many more methodologies to help new projects succeed.

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, Project Leader, University Teacher, and Innovation & Strategy consultant I can safely say that nowhere have I seen a complete, comprehensive set of tools to guide any project towards success. Hence, I decided to make one. Hands-on, easy to apply, quick to iterate. The Facilitator is a set of tools which project leaders, new or experienced, can use at any stage of their progression towards a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Use it as a guide, a reference, to assess their own journey towards success. All the way from project set-up to business modelling, data collection, qualitative & quantitative research, customer discovery, constructive brainstorming, prioritization, prototyping and eventually scaling of the project. This 300+ page book and 200+ page toolbox have structured all information you need to optimise the chances of success for your novel project.

The Facilitator is a guide to make you critically review decisions, help you make new ones, guide you and your team on your journey and make you ask yourself: What more can I do to minimise my risk of failure?
